Auctivia did not renew it Security Certificate and let it expire on 5/25/12 letting its customers be vulnerable to security risk.Your certificate with GO Daddy.com is invalid. This is unacceptable!!! not that you care.Auctivia was informed of this situation and has not taken appropriet action to ensure safety to its members, there for incompetence is to blame, also the constant interuptions while listing with your site being down is whole another problem. I will not be back but, I will inform as many members as possible that their information is unsecure on Auctiva as of 5/25/12

Hi jamesaaa,

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us, but your assertion that we have let our security certificate expire is not actually accurate. Our current security certificate is scheduled to expire at midnight and, in case our pending renewal is not processed by this evening, we have wildcard certificates preloaded on all our servers that we will roll out to ensure the uninterrupted security of our systems.

I hope this helps ease your concerns. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

-Mike
