Could someone please help me. I opened a second new account (have 2 diff eBay accounts) and can't get the pics to upload. The site says they are uploaded, but they are the red X and when you right click and hit show picture, nothing. When you click on the thumbnail to enlarge, just another X. I have tried probably 15 times to upload and then have deleted them and then tried to reupload the same pics.
Here are the three I just tried to upload / view again. I have cleaned the cache, etc about 3 diff times now and still nothing. Does anyone have any ideas??

Here is an update on the upload problem I am having. I checked to see if it is something on my end and I don't think it is. I can upload and see these pics on my other Auctiva account. Why can't I see them on my new account? I have rebooted and cleared cache, etc right after the reboot and did another upload and still the same thing. Anyone have any ideas?? I am going nuts!!
I have been a Network Enggineer (spelled correctly) for over 20 years. First, to save some people the time and trouble, I've uploaded images that were over 2 MegaBytes and Auctiva compressed the images to about 70K (very small), leaving all the detail of original picture. Secondly, this seems like a cookie problem or a problem where Auctiva is not setup to handle 2 Ebay accounts. I think you ought to try deleting your cookies BEFORE logging into Auctiva (your cookie shouldn't know either Auctiva account then). And only work on ONE account. If changing accounts--logout and clean cookies out--then login again. Do you have 2 Auctiva accounts as well? You'd be surprised how many errors occur because of those pesky little morsels of cookie crumbs left behind. And the fact you can still use the first account freely--SEEMS like a cookie issue.
