I just reviewed both of your accounts and verified that the thumbnail images are showing up on your Manage Images pages so, if you are still experiencing this problem, I suspect there must be something on your end that is blocking the loading of these thumbnail images.

The first thing I recommend trying that may resolve this problem is to clear your browser cache and then close and reopen your browser.

There is also a setting in Firefox that users occasionally enable by mistake that causes the browser to block images that are hosted by Auctiva. If you are using Firefox and clearing your cache does not resolve the problem, I recommend checking on that via the following process:

-> Select "Options" from the "Tools" menu and click the "Content Icon". If the "Load Image Automatically" box is unchecked, please check it and click "OK". If that box is already checked, please click the adjacent "Exceptions" box and make sure Auctiva isn't present there. If it is, please remove it and click "OK".
