I have been receiving the "Event Notice" below. I have no idea what this means. Does anyone know?

"Listing is not eligible for cross-border trade."

I just used Auctiva to list a CD on eBay. The CD was listed as to be shipped to both USA and outside USA with "International Site Visibilty"

Thanks Confused

Hi!

I looked into the warnings you were receiving, and they probably have to do with the "International Site Visibility" option and international shipping you have in your listings.
When you have "International Site Visibility" enabled in your listings, eBay must notify you of potential issues that could arise when listing certain items.

This also applies to shipping internationally--some items may be considered "hazardous" and therefore cannot be shipped via the USPS to other countries (such as matchbooks.)

Because those API messages are from eBay, there isn't much that we can do on our end to prevent them from being sent to you.

Your listings aren't being prevented from being posted, and eBay is only trying to protect themselves by warning you about possible problems you could have when shipping to other countries. You don't really need to delete those messages as soon as you get them unless you want to.
