Thanks for posting your question here. I just reviewed a few of your active eBay listings and a selection of 16 of your items was displayed within your scrolling gallery in each one I viewed, so I suspect that the problem has since been resolved or there is something unusual happening on your end that is preventing you from seeing them.

If you are still experiencing this problem, the first thing I recommend trying that may resolve the problem is to clear your browser cache and then close and re-open your web browser.

If you still cannot see any items in your gallery after doing so, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option and we will be happy to continue working with you on this.

Thanks for letting us know about this. In your case, the scrolling gallery was no longer displaying your eBay items because your eBay token had expired, which basically made it so your Auctiva account could no longer communicate within your eBay account.

I see that you generated a new token earlier this morning and that your scrolling gallery is now showing all of your active eBay listings, so it appears you have already figured out how to resolve this problem on your own.

For future reference, each eBay token that you generate should remain valid for approximately 18 months provided that it is not revoked by eBay for some reason. You should also receive notifications from us via email and within your account when your token is about to expire to remind you to generate a new one.
