Hi did... don't know if this is what you mean but...

I had a big, blank white space where my SCROLLING WINDOW should have been--in all my auctions & here on the Auctiva site when I went to the STORE tab, then STORE WINDOW to try to Edit... there was NOTHING anywhere!

I "cleaned my cache" -- on IE browser under TOOLS, INternet Options. Delete Cookies AND Delete Files, and Window was back immediately.

You might also take a look in that Store, Store Window tab & try to edit.

Based on what you say in your post & without knowing the specifics, that's all I can offer at this point.

It looks like your 2 current listings haven't been imported into Auctiva yet, so your store window currently shows you have no items for sale.

I have just placed your account on priority list to reconcile with eBay. Your remaining eBay listings should be imported into Auctiva and appended with the store window within the next 12 hours. I apologize for the delay.
