Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter. We have received similar reports from a number of other customers and have determined that this is occurring due to a technical problem on the end of our image hosting provider, Amazon S3. They are currently investigating the problem and have posted an acknowledgment on the following status page:

http://status.aws.amazon.com/

On that page, the service that is causing this problem is the one called “Amazon Simple Storage Service (US Standard) “ and the error message is listed as “Increase in error rates”. They will be updating that error message when the issue is resolved.
