Hi, I'm new to auctiva and I'm hoping someone can help me. How do I get the showcase to show up on my listings I can't figure it out. I can go in and see what it will look like but it just won't show up !!! HELPPPP!!!!!

Hi,
Make sure you generated a token. It will take approximately 6 hrs to add to your listings. They will automatically add. You can customize where you want it by copying and pasting the html code (for your future listings
)
Click on store tab
Click on Store Window
Scroll down and click on Store Window HTML

everyone thank you for your imput. The showcase is now showing up. I don't know how...but it's showing up on the first 2 listings perfectly.
I added a new listing and the showcase on that one is showing up on top of the listing. How do I move it down to the bottom like the others??? I've tried copy & pasting the html down at the bottom but it doesn't work. What am I doing wrong and how do I keep the showcase alway at the bottom of the listing??
I don't know about html and all that stuff but I'm usually pretty good with computers ...but this just has me sooo frustrated!!!

You need to disable showcase if you are adding the code yourself.
Go To:
Store>showcase>go down to store window and disable.

Hey Guys!!! I'm happy to report that after messing around with the showcase I got it to work. I figured out how to place it at the bottom of the listing as well.

Disable your store window then add the code to the end of your description.
Question - why disable the window and move the code? Wouldn't that make the window show up with no listings?

Actually disabling the storewindow is not really necessary. Before we insert the storewindow in auction, we check if it is already there. So if you are putting the storewindow HTML into your auction yourself, we won't go and insert it again
