Does anyone know whats going on with Auctiva?
The scrolling gallery has jumped from the bottom of all listings to the very top.
I havn't adjusted any settings or anything.
Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi, if you have customised it so that it is to be elsewhere e.g. at the bottom as I have it should still be going there.
The default add on of the SG was as an 'added' part of the description so it was always at the bottom now it is automatically integrated it appears at the top by default.
So just customise its position and all further listings should display it where you want it to be.
To update live listings you will have to edit, copy/paste the relevant HTML via eBay - revise item but only do so if you are comfortable about what you are doing.

RE: Scrolling Gallery -- I've noticed of course that it's jumped to the top of page, I agree with another post -- how distracting!!
I saw someone else's instructions to change it in MY Account, settings. Problem is, I only see one option. ON or OFF. How do I change this to bottom of page where it belongs? Anybody? Thanks,

Go to Store Tab, select scrolling gallery, there you can customize the position and other settings.

I just started testing Auctiva for a friend who was too chicken to try it herself.
I set my gallery to be at the bottom but it still shows up at the top of my 2 current listings (not created through Auctiva).
Right now I have just turned it off until I can figure out what is what. I certainly do not want anything at the top of my listings.

Hi the current active listings will not be changed as the HTML code for the SG is added to your listing when it is sent to eBay.
It can be changed on the active listings via your 'My eBay -> revise item' but you would need to edit the HTML, if this is not familiar to you it would be best to leave as is.
