Hi Community,

All Auctiva hosted auction images should be loading successfully once again.

However, in order to help get them back up promptly, we had to temporarily disable the store window feature. Our engineering department will re-enable the store window feature as soon as we are confident doing so will not interfere with the loading of auction images.

I will issue another post to this thread once I have confirmed that the store window feature has been re-enabled.

Hi Community,

In order to help us address this situation, we have temporarily disabled the Auctiva store window feature, which is why you may notice the store window is no longer displayed in your listings.

If anyone continues to experience problems image loading problems with your active listings, please let us know by filing a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:

We will be re-enabling the store window feature completely once again when we are confident doing so will not interfere with the loading of auction images.

We have re-enabled 50% of the store window servers, which means that 50% of the people who view your auctions will see the store window in your listings.

We will be re-enabling the store window feature completely once we are confident that doing so will not interfere with the loading of Auctiva hosted auction images.
