I have my fixed price listing ready to go, but when I select the estimate fee button it doesn't show the discount. I shows full price.

The Estimate Fees button is only an estimate and will not be consitent with one-time sales on eBay. Don't worry though, you'll still get the discount price on eBay

One of my listings was just posted, and I checked my account. Went in for .10. Not going to show up in estimated Auctiva fees.
Yes, Auctiva doesn't actually charge you anything. They just let you know what eBay normally charges.
