Hi,
You have to update your ebay store categories in Auctiva.
On the top of any page go to "My Account". Click on "ebay Settings" (5th one down in right hand box. Click on "Update Store Categories From Ebay".
You are done.
Go to saved listings and bring up a listing. You will have 2 drop down menu boxes for 1st & 2nd ebay store categories just above the decription editor.
Note that this is for listings that you will post in the future and will not effect listings already posted to ebay.
For listings already posted you can use Selling Manager to edit the store categories of you current listings either individually or in bulk.
