I filed a support case and no response. I looked through many posts and still can't find any type of answer anywhere. I can't list, keep getting error message. I have done nothing different, I am at a loss. Does anyone have an answer, or has anyone gotten a response from support cause I haven't. Sorry to bug.....but I am BUGGIN'. I need to list as I know everyone does, now is the best time for my site for sales. HELLLLPPPPP!!!!!

Thanks for letting us know about this. I search our support case records for the email address you have on file with your forum account and I was unable to find any recent support cases in your name. Therefore, it would probably be a good idea to file a new support case by completing the web form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx

We are seeing some reports of users getting generic error messages when trying to post, save, or schedule some listings and we have found this is due to a bug on eBay's end that is causing them to feed us invalid return policy data through their API. We opened a support case with them about this at the beginning of the week, but we have not received an estimate of when it may be resolved to this point.

If you are being affected by the problem I mentioned above, unfortunately, there's not a definitive workaround. We just have to wait until eBay is able to get the aforementioned problem with their API resolved.

Update - We have just received word that the issue that was causing some users to receive generic error messages when posting, saving, and scheduling should now be resolved.
