Cannot Post - Need definition on error message

API Error

String value for "TagName" is too long. Maximum length is "30".

I cannot post an auction due to this message. Can someone please explain? I thought it meant my auction name was too long but this did not change it. I cannot even seem to find this error anywhere! HELP

Hi, although the Auctiva folk do cruise these forums fairly regularly, you would be best logging a support request for this. They will be able to tell you which element of your listing has thrown up the TagName error. Click Help above, and then 'File a Support Request'. I must agree, I would have expected it to be the title, but obviously not. Just to check, you have counted spaces as characters haven't you?

This is commonly due to something in the category of the lsiting being wrong under Choose Item Specifics.
As Pete said if you cannot find it file a support request and Auctiva will fix you up pretty quickly
