Pics look WEIRD AFTER UPload

Is anyone else having this problem?

I scan my images, save to My Pictures--they look great--- BUT after I upload to Auctiva--they look awful-- a customer noticed this and I have been trying to get help about this issue. Brandon has been great thru customer support--- but it seems like I am the only one this is happening to and thus, it's not a priority.

I don't want to leave Auctiva. I'm just a small seller.

Bottom line is this---

if I upload directly thru Ebay -- no problems, pics look great---but when I upload thru Auctiva, the pics for the most part look awful.

Can anyone provide some insight?

I also meant to add this.

In the gallery image & the small size image-- the pic looks awful--but when you super-size the image-the image looks good!
