14 items in store window-only 12 will load

I have 14 items showing in my window, but only 12 of them will 'load'. It's been that way since the update on the 9th.

Here are the two items that won't load in the window:

That second item is the Pocket TV that I'm running in the 3 day auction and it hasn't loaded in the store window for TWO days now! The auction is ending today and my Auctiva Store is still showing the starting bid for this item!!

Sigh.....Guess I'll head on over to request help now. I sure hope I don't get the tech who was so rude the last time I asked for help!
