2nd Request for HELP!

My questions are:
How do I start?
Should I first...
1)upload all my pix into folders for each of my listings and then
2)create all my listing specifics into the designated Auctiva areas and then save each one as a profile, or a Master profile (?) this is where I get confused on using Auctiva

3)which tab do I do first?

Next question - my sister has been using Auctiva for a few years and she has her own design as her template - how did she do that?

Also, could someone advise about the Auctiva store versus an ebay store...or both?
