On eBay revise the listing and click into their HTML option for the description area.

Then just look for the text that says "On 04-Feb-08 at 06:31:35 GMT, seller added the following information:"

Then delete that and everything below it.

A lot of work. You can not revise listings with bids so you'll need to hurry.
