Thanks for the clarification. Based on what you have described, I'm inclined to agree. It sounds like the image was somehow corrupted during the upload process which could either have been due to a temporary hiccup or a conflict between some attribute of the image and the Auctiva Uploader.

If you try uploading the same image again and you encounter the same problem, there is most likely something about the image that our uploader does not agree with. If you send the original image to us through support, we can look into that for you and hopefully determine what that is so you can work around it.

The easiest way to correct this issue in an active listing would probably be to use the “Replace” option on your Auctiva Manage Images page to upload a new copy of the image in its place. The “Replace” option uses a different uploader and I feel it is unlikely to have the same conflict with the image.
