These items obviously would not pass the "police officer" test. And neither would police patches, badges or credentials; so steer clear of these items as well.

Actually, police and fire patches, badges, and other historical items related to Law Enforcement and Public Safety sell quite well on ebay, albeit with certain restrictions. In fact, I list mine using Auctiva.
