I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are having. First of all, we just implemented a possible solution to the issue that has been causing the Sellathon counters not to be automatically appended to all the listings to which they should be added to at about 11:30 AM PT today, and we're all hoping this does the trick once and for all.
If you encounter this problem with any listing posted after this time/date, please let us know, and we'll make sure to let our engineering team know the issue has still not been fully resolved so they can go back to the drawing board.
We will need to take a look at the listings you are referring to in order to determine what is causing the blank space to show up and what is causing the scrolling gallery colors not to match the color scheme of the template you have selected. I’m not aware of any current issues that would cause blank space to show up listings and any items for which you choose the “Use Template Matching Scrolling Gallery” option and use a template should end up with a scrolling gallery in it that matches the color scheme of the template.
