Thanks for posting all the new info - very useful service to us all. My biggest gripe about ebay's new 'sort by relevance' plan is the favoring of power sellers in search results, and as a default sort at that. Feedback? ok fine, but how is it that sales volume per se is being used as a yardstick for seller 'quality'. We all pay the same fees - small sellers should not be penalized just for being small. How many times have you gotten a DVD from a power seller that takes 3 to 4 weeks to arrive("if delivery takes more than 21 business days, please let us know"). How many times have you gotten a DVD from a small seller that arrives in 3 days by First Class or Priority Mail? This sucks.
