Ability to Determine Insurance Rate Charged to Buyers

Currently Auctiva charges buyers a slightly lower insurance rate than USPS, while giving the the seller a significantly lower rate. Basically I want Auctiva to add a feature so I could pass some/all of the discount on to my buyers, since lower insurance costs mean more people would buy it.

Example ONE: $49 of insurance cost the buyer $1.30 & me $1.05. I would like to charge buyers a flat $1.20

Example TWO: $199 of coverage costs $3.20 buyer & $2.45 me. I would like to charge US buyers $2.99 & International buyers $2.45.

If you feel as I do, PLEASE VOTE. If enough people vote than Auctiva will probably add the feature to a future version of their software.
