Reply to "Access new templates"

As Greg noted, we've seen this issue when you reach the page from an older bookmark or link that allows you to reach the site HTTP instead of HTTPS, but when you load the page HTTPS this issue ceases.

Please check to see if your browser is using the secured "https" (sometime will show as a green pad lock, or say the word secured) in the address bar. So for example if your saved link goes to "http://www.auctiva.com" try typing "https://www.auctiva.com" and see if that resolves the issue.

If trying this does not resolve the issue for you, please file a support case from under the Help tab of the site letting us know what you've run into and what you have tried to resolve it so we can look into it further.
