I am quite new to Auctiva and started out with baby steps. So far it has been a great experience and has proven to be an invaluable tool. Now that I have my feet wet, I'm exploring the use of Auctiva Insurance and am now offering it on all my US shipments and requiring it on al international shipments. My question - Is there any way to purchase insurance for purchases made from my store when those listings were generated directly on Ebay??? This seems like it should be easy to do since those listings were imported to Auctiva and I can view them in my Active listings and the active listing shows the high bidder, however, when I go to sales, the sales transaction is not shown. Any help would be much appreciated.
