Thanks WayoutWest, I followed your instructions and opened a support ticket. Hopefully I will get a quick response on how to capture my sales transactions so I can purchase insurance. I see that insurance must be purchased within 2 days of payment receipt, so unless they hurry, I'll have no insurance for this weekends sales. Thanks again for your help, you have responded to both my posted issues - I feel like I have a dedicated support person!
