Adding image after posting

I used Auctiva to list and took advantage of using one of the great templates. However I forgot to add an extra image. I went to Active Listing, clicked the active auction, clicked Add an image and closed out.

How long will it take for this picture to be added to that auction and where will it appear in the template?
