Not familar specifically with tagbot, but if it's a code-builder, it probably won't understand the Auctiva tags. If it uses it's own tag system, that could be a conflict.
I'll be glad to give the code a look.

Edit: From a quick glance at some tagbot documentation online, it appears they use a tag system with brackets [ ] similar to Auctiva's. That may be a major conflict. It might be best to create the base template with tagbot and then add / replace code from that result in Auctiva's template builder.
