Reply to "adding previous ebay listing to store window"

I am having the same problem, I just joined last night and from what I am reading it will transfer your items that you were previously selling on EBAY to the store window on auctiva. I have waited the 6-12 hours and it has not happened as of yet. Is there something I needed to do to make this happen, I did get the EBAY token, please advise. The only picture I have on the store window is of the item I listed. I have called the number for help and no one has returned my call. Aggiemom01-01
