Reply to "Advice, please..what would you do?"

I'm not 100% positive but I think you can just close the dispute if you want. Buyer gets a strike, you get your fees back.

However, I have heard of PayPal taking an inordinate amount of time to clear an eCheck but I think that's sometimes because it didn't clear (insufficient funds) on the first try so they set another date and try again.
