Per PayPal's Seller Protection Policy, the seller is only required to have delivery confirmation (Online Tracking #) for items under $250 and signature delivery confirmation for items over $250. You are not required to insure the item. That is the responsibility of the buyer and does not affect your protection from PayPal.
