I have been a long-time user of Auctiva and my use of allocated storage space has been growing over time. I understand that deletion of past eBay listing pictures will help in regaining space but have not seen any improvement. My past actions to delete pictures and older listings have been substantial but I have not seen any increase in the amount of storage space for my future use. I have even noted the amount of space that would result with the deletion of hundreds of pictures, but never see the space added on to my available space. In addition, I have never been given an Auctiva official answer for just how storage space is allocated wondering if there are additional measures to take to increase my available space. I am approaching a point where my usage cost will increase if I go over my subscription allocation so I am seeking help from the User Community. I would be pleased to hear from someone who might have encountered a similar situation and could advise my actions to help me understand. Otherwise, I remain confused. Many thanks. GP
