Yes, you can have more than one person logged in to an Auctiva account at one time, working on different listings. However, there are no differing levels of access for whoever is logged in. Anyone logged in to the account would be able to access the entire account. However, I have escalated the idea of varying levels of access to an Auctiva account along to our Product Management team for their consideration in a future site update.
