Am I that dumb? Is it not possible to copy and paste wording ?

How come auctiva does not allow me to copy parts of descriptions to use in a new auction.
I redid my item description profile to include my new shipping policy. I want to copy and paste this into many other auctions. Otherwise I have to load the new item profile.....then rewrite the whole auction, fill in all the details etc. Cannot copy and paste what I want to use? Help please I am dumb......
