Hi Mike_SP the site has been lagging for me also. Uploading picture is a hassle. Neither the Java uploader or the IE drag and drop are working for me. Only the tedious normal html uploader is working for me

As for managing Photos I personally put mine in folders so if I no longer need a particular set I can easily delete them. It also simplifies things when creating new listings. Really just a matter of personal preference I suppose.
