If I understand you right you are looking to basically modify your profile to add an Avatar, update your Signature etc ???

If so, up where you see your name and title, (legsie2004/Newbie), you need to right-click your name and a small window comes down. Click 'View legsie2004's Public Profile'. From within here you can View and Edit everything you need to.
