Reply to "An open letter to Auctiva Jeff CEO regarding Auctiva problems"

For the past month or so, Auctiva just keeps getting slower and twice today I have lost listings because IE error page said there was a problem. I have enjoyed many of the Auctiva features, but I cannot afford to have this loss of time in listing and in downloading images. Any suggestions?
