It hardly matters that Auctiva is free to the user. Auctiva exists to make a profit...it is not a charity origanization. They solicit business and customers and they should provide the service that they advertise. It should be first rate service whether it is free or not if they want to keep customers and make money. For that reason no one should be expected to hold back any legitimate customer complaints. After all Auctiva's. customers are trying to make money too.
