I've had problems with Auctiva too, but they have been a lot better with Support & communicating lately, IMO.

As far as spyware, LOL, that's not Auctiva, I have NO spyware...Adaware, spybot & hijack this, clean as a whistle. Spyware has to do with surfing habits, but listing services are not the culprit...
