From what I understand, on some labels you can hide the fact that there is insurance, as well as postage paid etc. So hopefully your buyer will not know (just ALWAYS get delivery confirmation)
For the future, go to your Auctiva account settings, under the insurance section and make sure you have it disabled so this won't happen again. In fact you'd better check ALL your Auctiva settings, so you don't get any more surprises
