(You do not have to pay Auctiva for the insurance until you owe them 5 dollars. They will give you 5 dollars in credit and send you an email when the 5 dollars has been met. Then pay the 5 dollars and start a credit account again.)

Now why didn't the customer support guy mention that to me?
