Any Suggestions?

I just received the following e-mail from the winner of one of my auctions:

"I bidded on the item and then realized I didn't want to toaster sorry about the inconvienience I have caused you. Very sorry. Thanks."

This five days after the auction ended. She has a 0 feedback rating so is obviously a newbie. I hesitate to start her eBay experience with a neg but I feel that she needs to be made aware that this isn't the way it is done. I have had many good transactions with newbies in the past so I am not against accepting their bids. Anybody care to tell me how they think I should handle this.
It is only a ten dollar item so its not like a make or break situation for me. Thanks,
