Reply I got from Auctiva:
I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This seems to be some temporary flaw on Auctiva or eBay side. Our Engineering team has been informed about this issue. I request you to wait and see if these listings post or not. If they don't, and return back with error message then try posting again or reschedule them for later.

I appreciate your patience regarding this matter. Let me know if I can be of any help.
