Always! It used to be maybe one user per weekend, now it's become so prevalent that I've had to set up a template in Outlook to deal with the 3-4 per auction (that's 6-8 per weekend). Auctiva's standard response is that it's a browser setting or malware on the customer's computer. Yeah, I'm gonna tell my customers it's there problem after they've just paid for 6 other items successfully and only had a problem when checking out in auctiva.
Auctiva needs to spend more time on solving real problems like this one rather than updates w/ "pretty" pull down menus that add no real additional functionality to the product. But then there's no real way to communicate with Auctiva except by submitting a support request. Maybe someone there will read this and respond.
I've recommended Auctiva to 7 other sellers but am about ready to dump them myself!
