I do believe that you go thru Pitney Bowes if you are refering to PayPal's print shipping labels. btw they charge more than USPS if you ship first class, Piority is a few cents less.
But you can't print first class if you go directly thru USPS website. so you have to lick and stick to save fees. I know that this is getting off the issue a little.
