Thanks for reporting this problem to us. We were experiencing a technical problem that was causing several users to encounter errors like the one you described here when printing international labels at the time you posted this thread, so I suspect you must have been impacted by that issue.
However, that particular issue has since been resolved so I expect that you should now be able to print the desired international shipping labels through Auctiva successfully once again.
