That's odd...we've provided that suggestion to dozens of users who were experiencing similar problems and all of them that wrote back reported that it resolved the issue. Obviously, everyone didn't write back but it would make sense that, if the solution wasn't a winner, we would have heard back from those for which it didn't work.

Are you certain that you only had one browser window open when you cleared your cache? Did you close and re-open your browser after clearing your cache? The failure to do either of these things could prevent your cache from emptying properly.

Which browser are you using?
