API error

What is this and why can't I post my scheduled items. I was suspended for putting on a Kate Spade purse yet as of the 4th of July I was reinstated. Being in a hurry to put income back into the house I have re-posted my non sold items only to my dispare they are not being posted due to API error. Please advise what to do?
