I notice you do have a lot of parenthesis in the auction that eBay is returning the javascript error for. I'm not 100%, but looking at your description, I'm guessing eBay doesn't like this part:

To eBay, the ). Open will possibly look like javascript. I would try removing all of the parenthesis and see what happens.
