Well, harder for me to guess what eBay dislikes in your auction. But, I think it might be the text you have for:
3. Cookie Lovers

The ". Cookie" might look like javascript to them. You might want to change that section to be something like:
3 -- Cookie Lovers
or
#3 Cookie Lovers
